Swimming

We have been swimming almost every afternoon and we are so excited that swimming sports are tomorrow. Here are some photos of us learning how to use a flutter board.

 We have all been trying to get our faces wet and have been blowing lots of bubbles in the water. 

 Max can get out of the pool safely. 

 So can Tyson. They turn around at the top and step carefully down the ladder. 

Our Portraits

Today we were artists!

First we sketched our faces by listening to the teachers instructions. Then we went over them in black vivid. Finally, it was time to add some colour. We used pastels and had to make sure there were no white spaces. We think they look fabulous. Let us know what you think. 

Gardening galore

On Friday we set out to weed our class garden. We wanted to get it ready for planting our beautiful flowers and vegetables.

We were so lucky to have some helpers from Room 5.

We found lots of bugs!

Look at all of our goodies we found growing in our garden.

We washed our goodies so we could eat them.

Then we went on a visit to our orchard.

We were so lucky - Mr Keenan said we could pick some apples to eat for our fruit snack.

Delicious!
